Pierre Joyal is a knowledge and information management consultant with extensive expertise in records and information management, taxonomies and indexing.

Pierre held a variety of roles at the Canadian House of Commons.  He served as Information Services Manager within the Enterprise Resource Management Team. In that capacity, Pierre was responsible for an electronic records program implementation, an EMC Documentum e-records pilot project and a web enabled electronic ordering management system.  He provided information services planning and implementation, operated a records management unit and facilitated role-based information flows to improve information distribution and organizational performance.

Pierre has indexed Committee proceedings of the Canadian House of Commons and books spanning a variety of topics such as marketing, education and art.  He also provides records and information management services to corporate clients.

Carol Richardson is a global executive, leverages a diverse background in customer experience, customer insights, and building relationships that lead to advocacy.  As a customer experience practitioner, Carol works with companies of all sizes, across various industries, to achieve customer-driven growth and bottom line success.

Carol brings both strategic and operational depth of experience along with a strong customer orientation having held executive leadership positions spanning the customer life-cycle. Focused in business development, sales enablement, professional services, customer care, customer success, customer experience. Extensive experience partnering with industry leaders; such as Adobe, SAP, Irdeto, and Finastra as well as some of the most innovative technology start-ups.

Her experience includes defining customer-driven growth strategies, designing and facilitating focus groups, business development, account management, sales effectiveness, program management, content and data analysis, measurement frameworks, operational excellence, and building great teams.

She is recognized for her ability to build relationships, align company goals with customer needs, and actively listen to customers and employees to uncover hidden insights to develop and deliver impactful customer programs that promote customer retention, value delivered, and loyalty to achieve customer-driven growth.

Carol holds an Honours BA from York University in Toronto, Ontario and has completed numerous executive management and post-graduate programs in strategy, operations, finance, utilization-focused evaluations, and customer experience from various universities and industry professionals.
